“Inspired” (by Imagination)

While people do appreciate photography, they don’t always know the lengths photographers have to go to to get that perfect shot. My hat’s off to them. As a wannabe photographer on Instagram, I can sort of relate, to a lesser extent, to the shenanigans pro photographers go through for a photo.

I have found myself in awkward situations like standing in the middle of a busy street with cars honking at me, or sneaking up on cows while attempting a close-up. Most of my photography remains private while I hone my skills, but when I feel confident about a shot I take, I publish it for all to view.

The Joy of Instagramming

If you’re using Instagram, no doubt, you’re having a blast taking pics. If you want to take your photography to the next level, one way you can do it is making good use of hashtags. Somewhere along the way, Instagram borrowed the hashtag concept from twitter, allowing it’s users to tag their photos in a way that makes them searchable. Over time, some of these hashtags have become standardized and are used to tag photos with a specific theme. Here are eight note-worthy hashtags you should know about.
